What is SMS?

SMS stands for short message service. It is used to send text messages to mobile phones, typically up to 160 characters in length.


Do I need internet connection to use KALoad?

No. KALoad uses SMS to send a transaction to our gateway in order to eliminate the need of internet connection.


How to use KALoad?

You will need to have a registered mobile number as KALoad member account and its Mobile PIN (MPIN) to use this app.


How to send Top-up?

Go to Home Page, select the type of product you want, enter the target number to credit then select plancode to top-up. Confirm your top-up details before sending Submit SMS. An sms will be sent to our gateway to process your transaction (charges may apply). We will notify you through sms of the status of the order.


How do I check the status of my top-up transaction?

Go to Home Page, click on Menu icon on the upper left part and click Transactions.

All transactions done in the app will be cleared after you log out. But it will retain in Load Wallet Web Portal.


Will you charge me for sending SMS?

No. We won't charge your mobile number for sending SMS, however your telecom provider will. We suggest to subscribe to unlitext promo before sending any transaction.


Can I cancel my top-up transaction?

It is not possible to cancel an order once the top-up has been confirmed by our provider.


Why am I not receiving any sms notification?

From time to time, our gateway number changes. We suggest to check for the latest app update.
